Date and Time: August 30, 12:30 pm
Place: SDS
Address: Talcahuano 475
Price: 400 pesos (includes tip)
Tucked away up a flight of stairs (there is an elevator) with a doorway that has only the address -475 – and no signage is one of Michael’s favorite Italian restaurants in the city. The restaurant is conveniently located in Tribunales just around the corner from the main courthouse and two blocks from the Colon theater. The Tribunales stop on the Subte line D is a block and a half away.
Our planned menu will include Salvatore’s stuffed fried olives as an appetizer – these will be served family style with four per person being allocated. There will be three choices of pasta to include Michael’s favorite lasagna and two other pasta specialties of the chef. For dessert we can choose tiramisu OR coffee — and of course wine will be included. Everything is homemade on the premises and includes the fresh bread and cheesy eggplant topping that alone is worth a visit.
