Many cities have myths of their foundation; Buenos Aires has its own. We will walk parts of Parque Lezama, going back in time to learn about the moments of the foundation of Buenos Aires, and how these became part of the construction of a possible Argentine national identity. We will also visit some selected elements of the National Historic Museum, connecting the park, the museum and Argentine identity.
